Banana breads we are asking a week prior so bananas will be ready.
Cupcakes orders can be placed the day before midday
Cookie orders we are asking 48hrs in advance
Loaf orders can be placed the day before midday. Eg Sunset Loaf, Tropical Loaf
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required when orders are placed to be confirmed. The final balance is then due on the day you collect your order. Should you unfortunately need to cancel your order, it may be possible to transfer your deposit to another date, subject to my availability.
We offer local pick up. Please note that there is a strict window for pick up. After 15mins of our agreed time, we will leave. You will then have the option to pay for delivery or pick up at our next availability, which may be the following day and the time that we are available.
Please note that we are not liable for any damage that occurs after your order has been picked up or delivered. If we are responsible for any damages prior to delivering your order, we will honor those damages in a timely manner to get your order to you as soon as possible.
Our baked goods are non-returnable. They are perishable and we cannot accept returns.
